The Indigo Inc. is an independent artist development program and network of creatives, who work together to help each other complete projects, and lean on one another to remain accountable and productive.
We believe that the standard model major labels and manage deals operate under is no longer serving artists or creatives.
We put creatives behind the driver’s wheel of their own business and provide strategic guidance to help them “win”.
Our Perspective
It’s no secret that signing a record deal ain’t such a sweet deal for the majority of independent artists. Although the dream for an artist may have been to sign to a major label in the past, it is now more essential than ever that every artist and musician find their own niche and operate like a business on their own.
What that means for each creative looks different, as success and growth for each person is individual.
The Indigo Incubator helps independent artists and music producers become self sufficient in making money/running their business, and support creative’s growth and self actualization.
We help artists, music producers, and session players work through the pain points — and confusion — that come with “doing everything yourself”, and help create individualized strategic plans and guide you along the way to reaching your goals.
Basically, we create that network and team for YOU to help run your business. You’re not hiring us and we’re not signing you.

Process
Our process looks like this:
1. Join the network by signing up for our mailing list.

2. If you’re an artist/musician/producer/creative, please fill out this form so we can get to know you. Once you’ve done this, we will reach out to schedule a 1 on 1 consultation to talk about you — free of charge.
3. If it’s a good fit, we’ll move forward as referral partners. From there, we help develop a strategic plan for you, including goals and a 12 month lookahead to get you operating like a business.
4. The Indigo Inc. now can connect you to the team you need to complete your projects, operate as an accountability buddy, offer guidance from industry experts where you need it (engineers, producers, songwriter, referral to attorneys, etc.), and generally help you stay on track.
